Walking exercise is one of the simpler forms of exercise that can be done easily. Walking causes strengthening of the muscles and bones of feet, legs, hip and back. Stretching and walking exercises are very useful in increasing flexibility, and maintain a normal tone of leg and back muscles. If you sit all along the day and have reduced physical activity you must be more vulnerable to have back pain in your middle ages or even earlier than that. If you do not exercise you must start walking and stretching exercises for spine and back health. A daily walk of 15 minutes is somewhat sufficient for the beginners. Then gradually increase the time duration of your walk. Keep in mind that if you are having severe back pain then avoid dog exercise. You should start walking and stretching exercise after getting over the pain.
